The Preservation Centre is a Self-Sustaining Utopia land, teaching the local community of Stratford and its guests Food Preservation whilst home to species/plants. The Site aims to bring reintroduction of a food-centred culture that will connect the present and future communities through the sharing of food and preservation traditions. Furthermore, it will be a space of annual local celebrations; from the first blossoming in spring, food festivals during summer the last harvest in autumn and the unveiling of finished preserved foods in winter.
